There are many resources available to support families during this time if they do not have access to the internet in their home. Below is a list of resources you may access to get more information on these services.

The FCC recently announced the “Keeping Americans Connected Pledge,” which most internet companies are honoring. This ensures that no one will have their internet disconnected for non-payment, it waives any late fees and opens up hotspots at no charge. To learn more and find additional internet resources visit

Comcast Internet Essentials: Comcast is offering its essentials internet to qualifying families at no cost for 60 days to new subscribers. Families must sign up for the service by April 30. Spectrum (Charter) Internet: Qualifying households with students can get 60 days of free access with a Spectrum Internet account. Available for households with K-12 or college students and Limited to new accounts who do not already have a Spectrum Internet subscription. Installation fees will be waived. Sprint/ T-Mobile: Sprint has extended its network to include T-Mobile’s network as well for the next 60 days. They will waive fees and not terminate services if existing customers are unable to pay because of the coronavirus for the next 60 days. Customers with metered data plans will now receive unlimited data for 60 days. They will also receive an additional 20GB of hotspot data for the same period.
