On October 18th, Woodland Elementary will participate in our 6th annual Unity Day. Unity Day is a National Day sponsored by Pacer to bring attention to the problem of bullying in schools. It is based on building community, standing up to bullies, and becoming united. Woodland will focus on positive messages as we team build, create stepping stones, and work on SOARing. We will celebrate our strong community in the classroom, with buddy classrooms, and as an entire school. We hope to fight bullying by creating a community where we all belong.
