Once again, students at Park Brook are raising money for the American Heart Association (AHA). Through the “Kids Heart Challenge” students will learn about how to develop healthy habits and also have the opportunity to raise funds for the American Heart Association. We will continue to use Jump Rope as our movement of choice. Jump Ropes will be the instructional objective during physical education leading up to the Jump Rope for Heart event on Friday, March 22.

The American Heart Association encourages all of us to: exercise, avoid sugary drinks, eat fruits & vegetables, reduce the amount of sugar we eat, and stop or do not begin smoking.

The envelopes are due on March 21st. During physical education/music on March 22, students will participate in Jump Rope for Heart.
