Trimester One officially ended with the dismissal bell at 2:00 on Tuesday, November 26. Trimester Two officially began yesterday, December 2. We changed the way we handed out new student schedules this year. Rather than having students report to their Advisory classrooms for 10 minutes at the beginning of the day, we rearranged the daily schedule and put the full 30-minutes of Advisory at the beginning of the day. That enabled Advisors to check student schedules for accuracy explain the schedule change procedure and assist students in preparing for the first day of Trimester Two. While that doesn’t seem like a significant change on the surface, we can report that the start of Tri 2 was incredibly smooth.
December is the season of concerts at OSH; Bands perform at 7:30 pm on December 16, and Choirs at 7:30 pm on December 17. Concerts are free of charge, and we invite you to attend.
