illustration of stickman kids reading clip art vector k13568339Get ready for some reading fun!  The Oak View Read-A-Thon begins January 28th and runs through February 22nd.  Each grade has a reading goal and a stretch goal.  If a student reaches either goal each week, they will receive a prize.  Our school goal is 181,720 minutes and a stretch goal of 177,600 minutes.  Look for the first Read-A-thon tracking sheet to come home on Monday, January 28th.  If you wish to track your child's minutes on-line, just e-mail them to This email address is being protected from spambots. reportcardOn Friday, November 30th there is no school because teachers will be hard at work getting all grades finalized and ready to put onto your child's report card.  Report cards will be sent home with your child the following week.
