WELCOME TO MAPLE GROVE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND THE OSSEO AREA SCHOOLS!
Maple Grove Senior High School, home of the Crimson, opened in 1996, and is one of three senior high schools serving over 21,000 students in District 279, the fifth largest school district in the state. The district also includes four middle schools, 17 elementary schools, and one area learning center. Maple Grove Senior High (MGSH) enrolls students in grades 9-12. Since opening its doors in 1996, MGSH has established a reputation as a school that holds all students to high standards, offering comprehensive curriculum with over 200 courses. Enriched curriculum opportunities include: Advanced Placement (AP) courses, Autonomous Learner Program (ALP) and Honors Programs (HP). Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) is also offered.
In addition to academic rigor, Maple Grove Senior High is home to successful, award-winning athletic and fine arts programs offering students co-curricular involvement. A wide variety of student groups, clubs and organizations also exist allowing all students opportunity to be involved in the Maple Grove school community.
