HELP DESK CONTACT INFORMATION
The Osseo School District Help Desk provides support for technical problems* such as password difficulties, connectivity issues, phone, hardware and application support.
CONTACTING THE HELP DESK
Support is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on student days, and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on non-student days. There are three ways you can contact the Help Desk:
1. Create a service ticket using Request Tracker.
3. Phone support: 763-391-7180 (or internal extension 27180)
