Where I Went to School: Graduated from St. Cloud Apollo HS, St. Cloud State University (Bachelor of Science degree) and the University of MN (Masters of Education degree)
Number of years I have been teaching: I have taught 34 years in the Osseo Area Schools
Grade(s) Taught: I have taught grades 5-9 at various times during my years in the district.
Years at Fernbrook:   I taught at FB the first 2 years the building was open and then left to open MGJH.  After leaving MGJH….I taught at several elementary buildings until coming back to FB.  This will be my 9th year back at FB.
Family: My wife Etta teaches at Fair Oaks Elementary. Our daughter Nicole is 30 years old and lives in Texas with her husband Jason and their daughter Alyssa.  Alyssa will have a little brother at end of August.   Our son Paul is 28 years old and lives in St. Paul.
A Favorite Book: I like reading the Michael Crichton books. (known for his work in the science fiction, medical fiction, and thriller genres)
A Favorite Hobby: Running and training for Marathons.  Running my 112th marathon in October.  My son and wife will running it as well.
Additional Notes: I enjoy being the band director here at Fernbrook. Students do well here because of great support from both families and staff.
