GIVE KIDS A SMILE PROGRAM
February 5th and 6th, 2016
FREE dental care is being offered to children in need on February 5th and 6th, 2016. Participating dentists and other professionals are donating their time and resources to children whose families cannot afford to pay for dental care on these dates.
Participating dental offices typically provide care on one of the two days and office hours vary. Children must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian and must have an appointment in advance. This program service is available to children 3 to 18 years of age.
To make an appointment, parents should call United Way 211 (dial 2-1-1) or
1-800-543-7709 after January 1, 2016. Spaces fill up quickly. Operators will have a list of participating dental offices and will direct you to a location near you. Parents will need to then call the dental office to schedule an appointment.
To qualify for this FREE dental care, children must be 18 or younger, be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have an appointment in advance. Click here for the flyer in English.
