Osseo Area Schools launched Peachjar, a digital flyer management and distribution tool, on Monday, April 9.

This tool replaced the paper flyers elementary students receive in Wednesday Envelopes. Instead, flyers will be uploaded to Peachjar and emailed to parents/guardians of Osseo Area Schools students once a week. At the middle and high school level, Peachjar will be used instead of or in addition to the posting of school and/or community partner flyers in public areas. While we anticipate that Peachjar will replace the vast majority of flyers sent home, select materials—such as picture day order forms and event permission slips—may still be provided in paper format.

No action is required for parents/guardians who currently have an email address on file with their child's school. If you don’t have email, you can also access district, school and community organization flyers by clicking on the Peachjar button on each school’s website. With an easy-to-use interface and the ability to filter content by topic, Peachjar offers families a more convenient way to view flyers—all while saving staff time and reducing the amount of paper families receive.

While the majority of flyers students received in the past will now be made available electronically through Peachjar, select materials—such as picture day order forms and event permission slips—may still be provided in paper format.

With an easy-to-use interface and the ability to filter content by topic, Peachjar offers families a more convenient way to view flyers—and reduces the amount of paper families receive.

Parents/guardians who have an email address on file with their school will receive a welcome email from Peachjar the second week of April. Parents/guardians who wish to subscribe to Peachjar with an additional email address, or staff members and others who wish to receive school and community flyers, can sign up online.
